I worked with a team of developers and was responsible for corporate identity, UX strategy and design of the online market place. I lead the UX and UI work, creating all deliverables and presenting these to the client.

The client approached us with two primary objectives - to create a user experience that was easy to use for both tradesmen and customers; and to create a design that reflects a trustworthy and professional image.
